White Drive Products flow dividers represent an ingenious use of the patented Roller Stator® gerotor assembly. These highly effective devices use a common housing to supply the input flow to two gerotor assemblies linked by a common drive link. By linking the two gerotor assemblies together, accurate splitting of the flow is assured. These flow dividers use no bearings or rotating seals, eliminating the typical failures in other designs. By using the highly efficient Roller Stator® gerotor elements, high efficiencies are maintained, even at low flows. Because White Drive Products flow dividers work at much lower RPMs than most gear dividers, they are noticeably quieter. These flow dividers are an excellent way to synchronize cylinders or motors. Because they tolerate higher output pressure differentials than other designs, they may also be used for pressure intensification by connecting one output to tank. The maximum pressure for the flow divider is 207 bar [3000 psi]. The maximum pressure differential between the output ports is 172 bar [2500 psi].

Bio-Matrix

Bio-Matrix is a natural absorbent made from sphagnum peat moss that absorbs and encapsulates oil, fuel, paint and chemicals. Normally peat moss retains high amounts of moisture, which is why many people like to use it in gardening. But when the peat moss is dried down to 10% moisture content (the Bio-Matrix process), it repels water and absorbs oil instead. It doesn’t just stick to the oil like clay (kitty litter) or saw dust that makes an oily mess that you scoop up, it actually absorbs it into the cells. Because it is totally absorbed, it will not leach the oil out again, even if it’s rained on. And because it repels water, it can be used to clean oil and fuel spills on water. The Bio-Matrix will float on the water absorbing oil off the top and encapsulating it.

In addition there are natural microbes inside the peat moss that will biodegrade the oil, changing it to water and carbon dioxide, at which point the peat moss goes back to retaining water in the same way it did before it was dried. It is EPA approved to put into landfills or it can be safely incinerated. Bio-Matrix will generally absorb oil at a rate of one pound of Bio-Matrix to about one gallon of oil, so it is much lighter in weight than other oil clean-up products.

The Cross series RC differential—poppet type double (crossover) relief valve has been designed to protect equal displacement cylinders or motors from external or shock loads. Fluid, which passes through one relief valve, flows directly to the opposite side or circuit of the valve, thus preventing cavitation of the cylinder or motor as a result of relief discharge. These units incorporate the same hydraulically dampened poppet design as the RD series units.

PowerUp Lubricants is a line of additives for engine and hydraulic oil, diesel fuel and gasoline, and a very effective grease. The oil additives provide increased wear protection on engines by reducing friction and corrosion and increasing lubrication, especially at start-up. Engines and hydraulic systems will run cleaner with less component failure and the oil will not have to be changed as often. Using a mid-grade oil with PowerUp Lubricants will provide better performance at a lower cost than using expensive synthetic oils. By combining PowerUp with KleenOil filtration, some trucks have gone over 200,000 miles without changing their oil, and it is still as clean as the original oil.

The fuel additives increase mileage and improve horsepower. It cleans the fuel system and injectors making engines run more smoothly. The grease provides better lubrication at higher temperatures and higher pressures than conventional greases. And it doesn?t separate at high temperatures, allowing it to last longer, so less grease is necessary.

Did you know that oil doesn’t really wear out? The reason we change oil in our vehicles or hydraulic systems is because the oil has gotten dirty or lost its beneficial additives. KleenOil filters offer on-board oil recycling for engines and hydraulic systems by cleaning the dirt from the oil, measuring as small as 1 micron, and removing almost all the water, which causes acids and corrosion.

The filter works in parallel to the rest of the system, cleaning about 3 quarts of oil per minute. It is not a substitute for the full flow filters already on the system, but full flow filters only clean the oil to about 10-25 microns, which does not offer much protection from the particles that will cause wear on the engine or hydraulic components. By keeping the oil super-clean, wear will be reduced in the engine or hydraulic components so they will last longer and require less maintenance.

The filter uses a hi-tech wound paper cartridge that needs to be replaced at regular intervals. Using the filter systems will make the oil last longer, so it doesn’t need to be changed as often, saving the user the cost of the oil being changed as well as the downtime and labor necessary to change it.
