Haverstick Brothers Hydraulics supports our customers in every way needed to keep their hydraulic systems running, including:
- Parts Distribution – We maintain a large inventory of hydraulic parts to serve our clients promptly. If you need something we don’t stock, we know where to get it.
- Hose and Steel Tube Assemblies – We make Hose Assemblies up to 2” and 6000 PSI while you wait, and we can fabricate steel hydraulic lines to match your existing steel line.
- Hydraulic Repairs – We repair most brands of hydraulic components, including cylinders, motors, valves, pumps, and steering units. We test repaired units under pressure as part of the repair process. We can also troubleshoot hydraulics systems to help determine the cause of a hydraulic failure.
- Cylinder Repairs – Our Cylinder Servicing Machine can disassemble heavy construction cylinders and re-torque them to the original manufacturers’ specifications.
- Chrome-plated rod is in stock in 20-foot bars.
- Honed cylinder tubing is in stock.
- Cylinder Seal Matching Service – If you’re a DIY cylinder repair person, you can come to us for a wide selection of seals and parts.
- Custom Machining, Welding, and Fabrication – We can create precision metal parts to meet our clients’ specialized needs. We roll, drill, bend, cut, form, and weld the pieces our customer’s need.
