DCR and DR tie rod hydraulic cylinders incorporate an internal bypass for synchronizing rephasing cylinders in a series circuit. The DCR cylinders also feature hydraulic depth control with adjustment from 0 to 8″ stroke for use as a master cylinder. All cylinders are plumbed in series as shown in the sample system. Bores and rod diameters are volumetrically matched so that all cylinders rods move equally when stroked. At the end of each stroke, the system is resynchronized through the internal bypass in each cylinder.
Rated to 2500 psi working pressure. Long life and reliable operation are provided by induction hardened, chrome plated rods that resist damage and rust, cylinder barrels that are skived burnished precision finished to provided long seal life protection from external damage and corrosion and high tensile strength tie rods with rolled threads for durability. The cylinders have double lipped polyurethane rod seal for less leakage and rod wipers to clean dirt from the rod for longer seal life.
